Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

 

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times listed are carrier estimates only and begin once the order has been shipped.

Typical delivery estimates include:

Standard Shipping Canada:
Approximately 2–4 business days

Express Shipping Canada:
Approximately 1–2 business days

Standard Shipping USA:
Approximately 4–6 business days

Express Shipping USA:
Approximately 2-4 business days

International Shipping:
Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

These timeframes are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Carrier Delays

Once a shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SHURA no longer has control over the delivery process.

While rare, shipping carriers may experience delays due to factors such as:

• Weather conditions
• Customs inspections
• Transportation disruptions
• High shipping volumes
• Carrier operational delays

SHURA cannot guarantee delivery timelines once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Shipping delays caused by carriers do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

SHURA is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment, the package will be returned to us by the carrier.

In these situations:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Any return shipping fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from store credit or refund where applicable

Refusing delivery does not qualify as a valid reason for a payment dispute.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Some International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

SHURA does not collect or control these fees and cannot predict their amount.

All customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Payment of these fees may be required before your package is released by customs.

If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the package is returned to us, any return shipping fees, customs return fees, or carrier charges will be deducted from any eligible store credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

By placing an international order with SHURA, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking status of their shipment.

If tracking shows a package as delivered, SHURA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
