Please note that all sales made through our website are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased due to our strict quality control and assurance policies. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.
Exchange Policy
We understand that, on rare occasions, a product may have a major defect. In such cases, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and may offer an exchange option under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated due to major defects in the product only.
- Return request must be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving the item
We offer size swaps for our customers under the following terms:
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to us for a size swap. Shipping costs will be at the discretion of the buyer.
Size swaps can also be completed in person at our location in Mississauga. This option allows for an immediate exchange, subject to stock availability.
How to Initiate an Exchange Request
If you believe your product has a major defect or if you need a size swap, please follow these steps:
- Fill out the contact form on our website, detailing the reason for your return or size swap request.
- Await confirmation from our customer service team, who will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Important Information
- Please allow for 2-4 business days for your exchange request to be addressed by a SHURA team member
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
- SHURA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
