How long is the shipping time?
Once an order is placed, our team will ship it from our facility within 1-2 days. During busier periods like Ramadan and Eid, we try to ship out orders the same day they are made, so long as they are made before 7:00 PM EST
From then on, your shipping time will vary based on the location and shipping option, which can be viewed during checkout.

What is the return/refund policy?
All sales are final for our premium thobes. Although we do offer size exchanges, so long as stock is available. Please refer to our Refunds and Exchanges page for more details.
Can I pick up my order in person?
YES! We offer a pickup option for customers residing in the Greater Toronto Area. Orders can be picked up in Mississauga. Can't decide which size to get?
Our Premium thobes are designed with a traditional, slightly relaxed fit which should accommodate most body types. To determine the best size for you, please refer to our size chart, which is based on height.
If you are stuck between two sizes, we recommend sizing up if you have a larger build, and sizing down if you have a normal-slim build.

Can I wash my thobes?
Yes. We recommend cold machine wash on a gentle cycle or hand wash for best results.
Hang to air dry and avoid high heat or tumble drying, as this may affect the fabric’s finish.
Can I cancle my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow our return or exchange policy.
